Aluminum cam and groove adapters are produced according to A-A-59326(replaced Mil-C-27487) orEN14420-7(replaced DIN2828). Size range is from 1/2" to 8". Camlock fittings of different manufacturers are interchangeable, but A-A-59326/Mil-C-C27487 doesn't require the interchange of 1/2"(12.7mm) 5"(127mm) and 8"(203.2mm). EN14420-7/DIN2828 is interchangeable with A-A-59326, but the hose end of them are different.

Camlock fittings provides a simple and reliable way to connect and disconnect hoses, which is more efficient and economical than threaded or flanged joints. Camlock fittings is suitable for transporting heavy oil, kerosene, water, hydraulic oil, oil and fuel, or acid and alkaline chemicals, with the advantages of quick connection and flexible disassembly.

The use and connection way of cam and groove couplings : Type A camlock can usually be used with E type, F type, DP type. To make a connection,simply slide the camlock adapter into the camlock coupling and with normal hand pressure,press the cam levers down.
