Product Description
Class 150 stainless steel 304 & 316 cast pipe fittings. Features male National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads for closing the end of a female threaded pipe. Reducing hex nipples connect with female pipes or fittings and connects with one larger and one smaller size NPT threads. NPT threads create a tighter seal than straight threads. The hexagon allows for increased leverage and use with a wrench during installation and disassembly.
- 304 stainless steel castings conform to ASTM A351 ACI Grade CF8
- 316 stainless steel casting conform to ACI Grade CF8M (316)
- NPT threads on pipe fittings conform to ASME B1.20.1
- Manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2008
- Certified pipe fittings meet applicable chemical & mechanical properties
